4. Wallet & Financial Disclosures

Wallet balances are:

• non-transferable outside the Platform,
• not FDIC insured,
• processed through third-party payment providers.

By using Wallet, subscriptions, tips, or paid features, you agree to the applicable terms and fees.

5. Marketplace & Third-Party Transactions

Blaque Net provides a marketplace that connects buyers and independent sellers.
We are NOT a party to transactions between buyers and sellers.

We do NOT guarantee:

• product quality or accuracy,
• delivery times, refunds, or performance,
• legal compliance of sellers.

All marketplace transactions are strictly between the buyer and the seller.

6. Grants, Funding, and Educational Resources

Blaque Net provides resources such as startup checklists, business tools, grants listings, and funding opportunities.

We do NOT guarantee approval, eligibility, funding, business outcomes, or partnerships.

Users must conduct independent research before making business decisions.

7. Blaque Bot (AI Assistant)

Blaque Bot is powered by third-party AI technology (OpenAI). Data provided to Blaque Bot may include:

• messages and prompts,
• IP address,
• device information.

Blaque Bot is for informational purposes only and does not provide professional legal, financial, or business advice.

Do not rely solely on AI outputs for important decisions.

8. Offline Events & Circles

We may host or promote offline (in-person) events, networking meetups, and Circles discussions.

Blaque Net is not responsible for:

• interactions or agreements between participants,
• incident, injury, or loss at offline events,
• information shared in Circles or community discussions.

Users participate at their own discretion and risk.

9. Data Retention

We retain data as long as reasonably necessary to:

• operate the Platform,
• comply with legal requirements,
• resolve disputes,
• enforce agreements.

Account deletions will be honored except where data must be retained by law.
