Users may send tips, gifts, or voluntary support payments to creators, businesses, or other users on the Platform.
β οΈ TIPS ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE
All tips, gifts, and voluntary support payments are considered FINAL and NON-REFUNDABLE under all normal circumstances.

4.1. Subscription Billing
How Billing Works:
- Subscription charges are billed automatically according to the billing cycle selected at purchase (monthly, quarterly, annually)
- Renewal charges occur on the same day each billing period unless you cancel
- Prices are subject to change with 30 days' advance notice
- All charges are in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise specified
4.2. Non-Refundable Already-Billed Periods
π CRITICAL SUBSCRIPTION RULE
Once a subscription period has been billed, that period is NON-REFUNDABLE, even if you cancel immediately or do not use the service.
Examples:
- If you are billed on January 1 for a monthly subscription, that month is non-refundable even if you cancel on January 2
- If you purchase an annual subscription and cancel after 3 months, you will NOT receive a refund for the remaining 9 months
- If you subscribe to a creator and cancel after 1 day, you will NOT receive a refund for the remaining days in the month
4.3. How to Cancel Subscriptions
Cancellation Process:
- Go to Settings > Subscriptions > [Select Subscription] > Cancel
- Or contact [email protected] with "Cancel Subscription" in subject line
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- You retain access to the subscription until the paid period expires
Cancellation Effects:
- β Stops future recurring charges immediately
- β Access continues through the end of the current paid period
- β Does NOT generate a refund for the current billing period
- β Does NOT restore previously billed charges
4.4. Pro-Rated Refunds (Exceptional Cases)
Pro-rated refunds for unused subscription time may be considered ONLY in these exceptional circumstances:
- Platform Unavailability: If Blaque Net's core services are unavailable for more than 72 consecutive hours due to our fault (not force majeure), you may request a pro-rated refund for the downtime
- Material Feature Removal: If we remove a core advertised feature without notice and do not provide a suitable alternative, annual subscribers may request a pro-rated refund for the remaining term
- Death or Incapacity: See Section 12 for exceptional circumstances policies
Pro-Rated Calculation:
- Monthly subscriptions: No pro-ration (entire month is billed unit)
- Annual subscriptions: Refund = (Full price ÷ 365 days) × (Days remaining) - Processing fees - Usage deductions
4.5. Trial Periods & Promotional Offers
Free Trials:
- Some subscriptions may offer free trial periods (7 days, 14 days, 30 days)
- You must cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged
- If you are charged after a trial, that first billing period is non-refundable
- One free trial per user, per subscription type

- Discounted first-month or first-year pricing may be offered
- Promotional periods are non-refundable once billed
- Renewal at regular price occurs automatically unless you cancel
