Welcome to Blaque Net — a premium business ecosystem built for founders, creators, professionals, and visionaries. These Community Guidelines (“Guidelines”) ensure that Blaque Net remains a safe, empowering, and high-quality environment for everyone.

By using Blaque Net, you agree to follow these Guidelines in addition to our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Marketplace Seller Agreement, and Monetization Policy.


1. Our Community Standards

The Blaque Net community is built on:

  • Respect — for every user and business.
  • Integrity — honesty in content, listings, and communication.
  • Professionalism — uplifting brands and users with intention.
  • Safety — creating a secure environment online and offline.

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for abuse, harassment, fraud, or harmful behavior.


2. Prohibited Behavior

You may not use Blaque Net to:

  • Harass, threaten, bully, or intimidate others.
  • Post hate speech, discriminatory content, or derogatory remarks.
  • Share pornographic, sexually explicit, or violent content.
  • Engage in scams, phishing, misleading claims, or fraud.
  • Spread malware, spam, or harmful code.
  • Impersonate other users, brands, or Blaque Net staff.

Violations may result in warnings, restrictions, removal of content, or permanent account termination.


3. Content Rules (Posts, Ads, Listings, Circles)

Content must be:

  • Accurate, authentic, and non-misleading.
  • Professionally presented (no low-quality spam content).
  • Legally compliant based on your region and business type.

Prohibited content includes:

  • Unlicensed financial advice.
  • Medical claims, miracle cures, supplements not FDA-approved.
  • Explicit content.
  • Illegal or restricted products or services.
  • False “guarantees” (income, jobs, grants, credit repair, etc.).

All content in Business Circles and Educational Groups is for informational purposes only. Users must conduct their own research. Blaque Net is not responsible for business decisions based on circle discussions.


4. Marketplace Rules (Blaque Market)

Marketplace sellers must follow the Marketplace Seller Agreement. Key reminders:

  • Blaque Net is not a party to transactions.
  • You must not sell illegal, counterfeit, or unsafe goods.
  • Listings must be honest and accurate.
  • You must fulfill orders promptly and professionally.
  • You are responsible for your refund and customer service policies.

Failure to follow these rules may result in listing removal, payout holds, or account suspension.


5. Monetization, Tips, Subscriptions

Creators and businesses can earn through:

  • Tips
  • Paid subscriptions
  • Marketplace sales
  • Business services

All earnings are governed by the Payout & Monetization Policy.

You may not:

  • Mislead users about pricing or value.
  • Charge subscriptions without providing promised benefits.
  • Exploit users for financial gain.
  • Post fraudulent claims or deceptive offers.

6. Blaque Bot & AI Usage

Blaque Bot provides educational and informational assistance. Users may not:

  • Use AI outputs to harm, defraud, or mislead others.
  • Rely on Blaque Bot for legal, medical, tax, or financial decisions.

Inputs to Blaque Bot may be logged to improve platform functionality. Abusive messages toward the AI may result in account action.


7. Offline Events & Meetups

Blaque Net may host or promote offline networking events, meetups, and business mixers.

Blaque Net is not responsible for:

  • Interactions between attendees.
  • Injuries, disputes, or misconduct.
  • Loss of property or safety issues.

Attendance is voluntary and at your own risk.


8. Reporting & Moderation

You may report violations using in-app reporting tools or by emailing:

Blaque Net may:

  • Review and remove content.
  • Warn or restrict user accounts.
  • Suspend or permanently terminate accounts.
  • Disable features for safety reasons.

All moderation decisions are final.


9. Enforcement & Account Actions

Blaque Net reserves the right to enforce these Guidelines at its discretion.

We may take action without prior notice if we believe a user:

  • Poses a risk to the community.
  • Engages in harmful or illegal behavior.
  • Misuses the marketplace or monetization features.
  • Threatens platform integrity or security.

10. Updates to These Guidelines

We may update these Guidelines to reflect changes in community expectations, legal requirements, or platform features.

Updated versions will be posted with a revised effective date.
