Welcome to Blaque Net — a premium business ecosystem built for founders, creators, professionals, and visionaries. These Community Guidelines ("Guidelines") ensure that Blaque Net remains a safe, empowering, and high-quality environment for everyone.

By using Blaque Net, you agree to follow these Guidelines in addition to our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy.

1. Our Community Standards

The Blaque Net community is built on:

• Respect — Treat every user, creator, and business with dignity and professionalism
• Integrity — Be honest in your content, listings, promotions, and communications
• Authenticity — Present yourself and your business truthfully; no impersonation or fake accounts
• Professionalism — Maintain business-appropriate conduct and language
• Safety — Create a secure environment for networking, both online and at offline events

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for abuse, harassment, fraud, scams, or harmful behavior.

Harassment & Abuse:

• Harass, threaten, bully, stalk, or intimidate other users
• Send unwanted sexual messages, images, or advances
• Doxx users (share private information without consent)
• Engage in coordinated harassment or brigading
• Make violent threats or incite violence

Hate Speech & Discrimination:

• Post hate speech targeting race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics
• Promote supremacist ideologies or extremist groups
• Use derogatory slurs or discriminatory language
• Engage in discriminatory business practices

Explicit & Inappropriate Content:

• Share pornographic, sexually explicit, or nude content
• Post graphic violence, gore, or disturbing imagery
• Promote self-harm, suicide, or eating disorders
• Share content depicting animal abuse or cruelty

Fraud & Scams:

• Run pyramid schemes, Ponzi schemes, or multi-level marketing scams
• Make false "get rich quick" promises or guaranteed income claims
• Engage in phishing, identity theft, or financial fraud
• Sell counterfeit, stolen, or illegal goods
• Misrepresent credentials, certifications, or business legitimacy
• Create fake urgency ("Only 2 spots left!") when untrue

Spam & Manipulation:

• Post repetitive, low-quality, or irrelevant spam content
• Create multiple fake accounts or bot accounts
• Buy followers, likes, or engagement to artificially inflate metrics
• Send mass unsolicited messages or connection requests
• Post the same content across multiple Circles without variation
• Use automation tools to scrape data or spam users
• Engage in like/follow exchange schemes

Illegal Activity:

• Promote, facilitate, or coordinate illegal activities
• Sell or distribute illegal drugs, weapons, or controlled substances
• Share instructions for creating weapons or explosives
• Facilitate human trafficking, exploitation, or abuse
• Infringe on copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property
• Share pirated software, media, or stolen content

Impersonation & Deception:

• Impersonate other users, businesses, or public figures
• Create fake business profiles or misleading credentials
• Pose as Blaque Net staff or claim official affiliation
• Misrepresent your identity, location, or business status

4. Content Standards (Posts, Profiles, Circles)

All content on Blaque Net must be:

• Accurate: No false claims, misleading information, or deceptive statements
• Professional: Maintain business-appropriate tone and presentation
• Relevant: Post content appropriate to the Circle or audience
• Legal: Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Original or Properly Attributed: Don't plagiarize or steal content

Prohibited Content Includes:

• Unlicensed financial, legal, medical, or tax advice
• Medical claims, miracle cures, or unapproved health products
• Unsubstantiated business success testimonials
• False credentials or fake certifications
• Misleading "guarantee" claims (income, grants, credit repair, job placement)
• Clickbait headlines or engagement bait ("Share if you agree!")
• Excessive self-promotion without community engagement

Circle-Specific Rules: Content in Business Circles and Educational Groups is for informational and networking purposes only. Blaque Net is not responsible for business decisions made based on Circle discussions. Always conduct your own research and consult qualified professionals.

5. Marketplace Standards (Blaque Market)

Platform Status: Blaque Net is a marketplace platform that connects buyers and sellers. We are NOT a party to transactions, NOT the seller, and NOT responsible for product quality, delivery, or customer service.

Marketplace Sellers Must:

• ✅ Provide accurate, honest product descriptions and photos
• ✅ Disclose all material defects or limitations
• ✅ Honor all stated prices, terms, and policies
• ✅ Ship items promptly and provide tracking information
• ✅ Handle customer service professionally
• ✅ Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• ✅ Pay all required taxes and fees

Prohibited Marketplace Items:

• ❌ Illegal, stolen, or counterfeit goods
• ❌ Weapons, explosives, or controlled substances
• ❌ Items violating intellectual property rights
• ❌ Unsafe or recalled products
• ❌ Adult content or sexual services
• ❌ Live animals (without proper licensing)
• ❌ Fraudulent listings or bait-and-switch schemes

Consequences: Violations may result in listing removal, payout holds, account suspension, or permanent marketplace ban.

6. Monetization, Tips & Subscriptions

Creators and businesses can earn through tips, subscriptions, marketplace sales, courses, and services.

Creators Must:

• ✅ Be transparent about pricing and subscription benefits
• ✅ Deliver promised content, perks, or services
• ✅ Honor refund policies (where applicable)
• ✅ Report all income and pay applicable taxes (see Terms, Section 6.3)

Prohibited Monetization Practices:

• ❌ Misleading subscribers about content or value
• ❌ Charging subscriptions without providing promised benefits
• ❌ Exploiting users for financial gain through manipulation
• ❌ Making fraudulent income claims or deceptive offers
• ❌ Running subscription scams or Ponzi schemes

Tax Obligations: All income earned through Blaque Net is taxable. You are solely responsible for reporting earnings and paying all applicable taxes. See our Terms of Service, Section 6.3 for full tax compliance requirements.

7. Advertising & Promotional Content

Users may promote their businesses through posts, ads, and sponsored content, subject to these rules:

All Advertisements Must Be:

• Truthful: No false claims, exaggerations, or deceptive statements
• Clear: No hidden restrictions or misleading fine print
• Substantiated: Have proof for all claims made
• Disclosed: Label sponsored content as "Sponsored," "Ad," or "Promotion"

Prohibited Advertising Practices:

• ❌ False "guaranteed income" or results claims
• ❌ "Get rich quick" schemes or unrealistic earnings promises
• ❌ Fake testimonials, reviews, or social proof
• ❌ Misleading urgency tactics ("Only 2 left!" when false)
• ❌ Pyramid schemes or multi-level marketing without disclosure
• ❌ Unsubstantiated health, medical, or financial claims
• ❌ Malware, phishing links, or fraudulent websites

Restricted Advertising Categories:

The following require prior approval from Blaque Net:

• Credit repair and debt relief services
• Loan and funding offers
• Investment or trading programs
• CBD products and supplements
• Multi-level marketing (MLM) opportunities

8. AI Tools (Business Buddy, Career Coach Bot, Resume Builder)

Blaque Net's AI tools provide educational and informational assistance to help you with business planning, career development, and more.

AI Usage Guidelines:

• ✅ Use AI outputs as starting points or inspiration
• ✅ Verify all AI-generated information independently
• ✅ Consult qualified professionals for important decisions

You May NOT:

• ❌ Rely solely on AI for legal, medical, tax, or financial decisions
• ❌ Use AI outputs to harm, defraud, or mislead others
• ❌ Submit abusive, harassing, or inappropriate prompts
• ❌ Attempt to jailbreak, manipulate, or exploit AI systems
• ❌ Use AI to generate spam, scams, or prohibited content

Disclaimer: AI systems make mistakes. AI-generated content is for informational purposes only and does NOT constitute professional advice. Always verify AI outputs and consult qualified experts for important decisions.

Inputs to AI tools may be logged to improve platform functionality. Repeated abusive messages may result in account restrictions.

9. Offline Events, Meetups & Networking

Blaque Net may host or promote offline networking events, business mixers, workshops, and conferences.

Event Conduct:

• ✅ Be respectful and professional to all attendees
• ✅ Follow venue rules and local laws
• ✅ Respect personal boundaries and consent
• ✅ Report safety concerns to event staff immediately

Prohibited Event Behavior:

• ❌ Harassment, assault, or threatening conduct
• ❌ Intoxication or substance abuse
• ❌ Photography without consent
• ❌ Aggressive sales tactics or unsolicited pitching
• ❌ Theft or property damage

10. Intellectual Property & Copyright

Respect the intellectual property rights of others:

• ✅ Only post content you own or have permission to use
• ✅ Properly credit original creators and sources
• ✅ Respect trademarks, copyrights, and patents

Copyright Violations: If your content infringes on someone's copyright, we may remove it and issue warnings or suspensions. Repeat infringers will be permanently banned.

11. Reporting Violations

If you encounter content or behavior that violates these Guidelines:

• In-App: Use the "Report" button on any post, comment, or profile

• Fraud/Scams: [email protected]

What to Include in Reports:

• Link to the violating content or profile
• Description of the violation and which guideline it breaks
• Screenshots or evidence (if applicable)
• Your contact information (kept confidential)

Response Time: We review most reports within 24-48 hours. Complex cases may take longer. We may not notify you of the outcome due to privacy considerations.

False Reports: Submitting false or malicious reports is a violation of these Guidelines and may result in account action.

12. Enforcement & Account Actions

Blaque Net reserves the right to enforce these Guidelines at our sole discretion. We may take the following actions:

Factors We Consider:

• Severity of the violation
• Intent (accidental vs. deliberate)
• User's history and previous warnings
• Harm caused to other users or the community
• Whether violation was isolated or pattern of behavior

Immediate Action: We may take immediate action without prior warning if a user:

• Poses a safety risk to the community
• Engages in illegal activity or fraud
• Threatens platform integrity or security
• Commits severe violations (violence, exploitation, terrorism)

Appeals:

If you believe an enforcement action was made in error:

• Include: Account email, description of action, explanation
• Appeals are reviewed by senior staff
• Appeal decisions are final

Note: Not all enforcement actions are eligible for appeal. Permanent bans for severe violations (fraud, exploitation, violence) are generally final.

13. Updates to These Guidelines

We may update these Guidelines from time to time to reflect:

• Changes in community expectations and platform culture
• New features, products, or services
• Legal or regulatory requirements
• Evolving safety and security standards

Notification: Material changes will be communicated via:

• Email to registered users
• Platform announcement banner
• Updated "Last Updated" date at the top of this page

Continued use of Blaque Net after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Guidelines.
