🔄 Subscription Management
Monthly Subscriptions
- Billing Cycle: Charged monthly on the same day each month
- Auto-Renewal: Automatically renews unless cancelled before the next billing date
- Cancellation Effect: Access continues until the end of the current billing period
- No Partial Refunds: Cancelling mid-cycle does not result in a prorated refund
- Credit Reset: Monthly credits reset on your billing date (unused credits do not roll over)
Annual Subscriptions
- Billing Cycle: Charged once annually on the subscription anniversary
- Savings: Offers 17-20% discount compared to monthly billing
- Auto-Renewal: Automatically renews unless cancelled before the renewal date
- Cancellation Effect: Access continues until the end of the 12-month period
- No Partial Refunds: Cancelling mid-year does not result in a prorated refund
- Credit Allocation: Annual credits are distributed monthly (unused credits do not accumulate)

You may cancel at any time (no refund will be issued for current period):

- PayPal Account: Cancel through your PayPal subscription settings

Important: You will retain full access to all features until the end of your current billing period. Your subscription will not renew.

Switching Between Services
If you want to switch between Business Buddy 2.0 and Career Coach Bot:
- Cancel your current service (access continues until period ends)
- Subscribe to the new service (starts fresh billing cycle)
- No prorated credits or refunds are provided when switching between different Blaque Bot services
💳 Credit System & Usage
How Credits Work
- Credits are consumable: Each AI consultation, document generation, or analysis uses credits
- Credits do NOT roll over: Unused credits expire at the end of each billing period
- Credits reset monthly: You receive your full credit allocation at the start of each billing cycle
- No refunds for unused credits: Running out of credits or not using them does not entitle you to a refund
Additional Credit Purchases
- Available for users who exhaust their monthly allocation
- Purchased credits are also non-refundable
- Additional credits expire at the end of the billing period
⚠️ Exceptional Circumstances
While our general policy is no refunds, we may consider exceptions in the following rare cases:
✅ Refund-Eligible Situations
1. Technical Platform Failures
- If Business Buddy 2.0 or Career Coach Bot is completely unavailable for 72+ consecutive hours due to Blaque Net technical failures (not third-party AI provider outages)
- We may issue a prorated credit or extend your subscription
- Must be reported within 7 days of the outage
2. Billing Errors
- Duplicate charges processed due to system errors
- Incorrect subscription amounts charged
- Charges after successful cancellation
- Refund issued within 14 days of reporting with proof
3. Unauthorized Charges
- Account compromised and fraudulent subscription purchases made
- Requires police report and fraud documentation
- Subject to investigation; may take 30 days
4. Death or Serious Medical Emergency
- Death of subscriber: Requires death certificate and proof of legal authority
- Serious medical emergency: Requires physician documentation
- May result in prorated refund for unused annual subscriptions
- Not applicable to monthly subscriptions
❌ NOT Eligible for Refunds
- Dissatisfaction with AI output quality or results
- Change of mind or buyer's remorse
- Failure to achieve desired business or career outcomes
- Not using the service during your subscription period
- Third-party AI provider outages (Claude, OpenAI, etc.)
- Misunderstanding of features or capabilities
- Expectation of guaranteed results from AI consultations
- Running out of credits before the end of the billing period
- Not liking AI recommendations or suggestions
- Personal financial hardship or budget changes
📞 Dispute Resolution
⚠️ Chargeback Policy - READ CAREFULLY
Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in:
- Immediate suspension of your Blaque Bot subscription
- Termination of your Blaque Net account
- Loss of access to all services (no refund)
- Chargeback fees ($15-$100) added to your account
- Permanent ban from Blaque Net services
- Legal action to recover disputed funds plus legal fees
Proper Dispute Resolution Process
BEFORE filing a chargeback or payment dispute, contact us using this 3-level process:

🛡️ Service Availability & Limitations
Third-Party AI Provider Dependencies
Blaque Bot services rely on third-party AI providers (Anthropic Claude, OpenAI, etc.). We are not responsible for:
- AI provider service outages or downtime
- Changes to AI model capabilities or quality
- AI provider pricing changes that affect our costs
- Content moderation or filtering by AI providers
- Rate limiting or throttling by AI providers
- Policy changes by AI providers that restrict certain use cases
Extended Third-Party Outages: If third-party AI providers experience outages lasting 7+ consecutive days, we may issue prorated credits at our sole discretion. This does not apply to brief outages or intermittent issues.
Service Modifications
Blaque Net reserves the right to:
- Modify subscription pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers
- Change plan features, credit allocations, or service capabilities
- Discontinue Blaque Bot services with 60 days' notice (no refund for unused time)
- Temporarily suspend services for maintenance, upgrades, or emergency repairs
- Limit or throttle usage if abuse or excessive use is detected
- Add or remove features without notice
Grandfather Policy: Existing subscribers will maintain their current pricing for the duration of their subscription period. Renewals may be subject to new pricing.
