Refund Policy
Effective Date: June 2020 | Last Updated: November 2025
This Refund Policy (“Policy”) explains how refunds are handled on the Blaque Net website and mobile applications (collectively, the “Platform”). This Policy is incorporated into and forms part of the Blaque Net Terms of Service. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meaning given in the Terms of Service.
By using the Platform, adding funds to your Wallet, purchasing subscriptions, sending tips, or buying from the Blaque Market, you agree to this Refund Policy.
1. General Principles
- Blaque Net is a platform that connects users, creators, and independent businesses.
- Most payments on the Platform are for digital services, promotions, or third-party goods and services.
- Except as expressly stated in this Policy or required by law, all payments are final and non-refundable.
- Where a refund is granted, Blaque Net may issue it either as Wallet credit or original payment method, in its sole discretion.
2. Wallet Balances & Top-Ups
Blaque Net is not a bank or financial institution. Wallet balances are stored value for use only on the Platform.
- No Refunds for Voluntary Top-Ups: Funds you add to your Blaque Net Wallet (via card, PayPal, or other methods) are generally non-refundable, non-transferable, and have no cash value off the Platform.
- Use of Wallet: Wallet funds may be used only for permitted Platform transactions (e.g., tips, subscriptions, promotions, marketplace purchases where supported).
- Regulatory or Legal Requirements: If applicable law requires a refund in specific circumstances, we will comply with those requirements.
3. Tips, Gifts & Support Payments
Users may tip or financially support other users, creators, or businesses on the Platform.
- All Tips Are Final: Tips, gifts, or voluntary support payments are considered final and non-refundable under all normal circumstances.
- No Performance Guarantee: Tips are not payments for guaranteed results, deliverables, or services.
4. Subscriptions, Memberships & Paid Features
Blaque Net may offer paid subscriptions, upgraded listings, or other premium features (e.g., business packages, promotional boosts).
- Subscription Charges: Subscription and recurring charges are billed as stated at the time of purchase.
- Non-Refundable Periods: Unless otherwise required by law, already-billed periods are non-refundable (including partial months or unused time).
- Cancellation: You may cancel future renewal at any time through your account settings. Cancellation stops future billing but does not generate a refund for past charges.
- Promotional & Advertising Services: Paid promotions, ads, boosts, and spotlight placements are non-refundable once the campaign has started or impressions have begun.
5. Blaque Market & Third-Party Sellers
The Blaque Market allows independent businesses and sellers to list products or services. Blaque Net is not a party to these transactions.
- Seller Policies Apply: Refunds for goods or services purchased from a seller are governed by that seller’s own refund and return policy, not Blaque Net’s.
- No Direct Refunds from Blaque Net: Blaque Net does not issue refunds on behalf of sellers, does not manage returns, and is not responsible for product quality, delivery, or customer service.
- Disputes with Sellers: Any disputes, chargebacks, or requests related to a Blaque Market transaction must be addressed directly with the seller and/or your payment provider.
6. Events, Programs & Offline Experiences
From time to time, Blaque Net or third-party organizers may host or promote events, workshops, or programs that may be listed on the Platform.
- Organizer-Controlled Refunds: Refunds for event tickets or registrations are governed by the event organizer’s policy.
- No Liability: Blaque Net is not liable for cancellations, schedule changes, or other issues arising from offline events or experiences, even if promoted on the Platform.
7. Errors, Duplicate Charges & Unauthorized Transactions
- Technical Errors: If you believe you were charged in error (e.g., duplicate charge or system bug), you must contact Blaque Net Support within 14 days of the charge with documentation.
- Investigation: Blaque Net may investigate and, if a verified error is confirmed, may issue a refund or credit in its sole discretion.
- Unauthorized Use: If you believe your payment method was used without authorization, contact your payment provider (bank, PayPal, card issuer) immediately. Blaque Net may assist but does not control your bank’s decisions.
8. Chargebacks
- If you initiate a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider, Blaque Net may temporarily suspend or limit your account, Wallet, payouts, or access to certain features while the dispute is under review.
- Blaque Net reserves the right to close accounts with excessive or abusive chargebacks.
9. How to Request a Review
If you believe a refund may be warranted under this Policy or applicable law, please contact:

Include your name, account email, transaction ID, date, amount, and a clear explanation of your request. Blaque Net will review your request in good faith but is under no obligation to approve refunds outside what is required by this Policy or by law.
10. Changes to This Refund Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The “Last Updated” date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision. Material changes may be communicated via the Platform or by email. Your continued use of the Platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
