Commerce & Marketplace Policy

This Commerce & Marketplace Policy (“Policy”) governs all buying, selling, payments, digital products, offline activities, directory interactions, and commercial offerings available on the Blaque Net website and mobile applications (“Platform”).

By using Blaque Market, the Business Directory, Wallet, Offers, Subscriptions, Tips, or any commercial feature, you agree to this Policy, our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Payout & Monetization Policy, Marketplace Seller Agreement, and Community Guidelines.


1. Blaque Net’s Role in Commerce

  • Blaque Net is not a seller, broker, agent, financial institution, escrow provider, or guarantor.
  • All transactions occur directly between buyers and sellers.
  • Blaque Net does not guarantee product quality, delivery, timeliness, legitimacy, or outcomes.
  • Blaque Net is not responsible for disputes, fraud, or damages arising from a transaction.

Blaque Net does not guarantee funding opportunities, business success, mentorship, partnerships, approvals, or grant eligibility.


2. Hybrid Marketplace Model

Blaque Net operates as a directory + marketplace hybrid. This means:

  • Some businesses use Blaque Net for visibility only.
  • Some sell digital goods, services, products, or packages.
  • Users may interact inside or outside Blaque Net at their own risk.

Blaque Market supports both peer-to-peer and business-to-consumer transactions, but Blaque Net is never a party to the transaction.


3. Wallet & Stored Balance

Blaque Net Wallet allows users to store monetary balances for use on the Platform.

  • Blaque Net is not a bank, financial institution, or money transmitter.
  • Wallet funds are stored value for platform use only.
  • Wallet funds are not FDIC insured or guaranteed in any way.
  • Payouts to sellers are subject to a short hold period for fraud prevention.

Wallet refunds are limited to:

  • duplicate charges,
  • technical billing errors,
  • platform malfunction.

Sellers—not Blaque Net—handle refunds for products, services, or digital goods.


4. Digital Products (Courses, Files, Downloads)

Digital products may be sold on the Platform. However:

  • Blaque Net is not responsible for failed downloads or access issues.
  • Sellers must deliver accurate and working files.
  • All digital product sales are generally non-refundable unless seller chooses otherwise.
  • Users must back up their own digital purchases.

Blaque Net has zero liability for data loss, file corruption, expiring access links, or non-delivery.


5. Service-Based Businesses

Many Blaque Net businesses provide services (beauty, coaching, fitness, consulting, repairs, etc.). All service interactions occur at your own risk.

  • Blaque Net does not guarantee results, satisfaction, timelines, or outcomes.
  • Missed appointments, cancellations, and disputes must be resolved between buyer and provider.
  • Blaque Net is not liable for personal injuries, damages, or losses arising from service interactions.

6. Tips, Subscriptions & Creator Monetization

  • Tips are voluntary and non-refundable.
  • Subscription access is managed by the creator or business.
  • Blaque Net is not responsible for content changes, missed uploads, or service disruptions.

Creators and businesses are solely responsible for delivering subscription benefits.


7. Restricted & Prohibited Items

This list protects users and maintains brand integrity.

Strictly prohibited items:

  • Illegal products, counterfeit items, or stolen goods
  • Weapons, ammunition, explosives
  • Controlled substances, illegal drugs
  • Adult services, explicit content, pornography
  • Hazardous materials
  • Medical-grade treatments, prescriptions, or regulated chemicals
  • Pyramid schemes, scams, “get rich quick” programs

Restricted items allowed only with partnership approval:

  • Business funding companies
  • Credit repair or debt relief services
  • Financial coaching that includes guaranteed outcomes
  • MLM or network marketing offers
  • CBD products or supplements

If no partnership or written approval exists, Blaque Net may reject or remove listings without notice.


8. Buyer Responsibilities

  • Review seller information and credibility before purchasing.
  • Understand the nature of the product/service.
  • Use caution and perform your own due diligence.

All purchases are made at your own risk.


9. Seller Responsibilities

  • Deliver products/services as described.
  • Provide accurate listings, pricing, and terms.
  • Handle refunds for your own products or services.
  • Comply with all laws, licenses, and regulations.

Sellers are solely responsible for communications, fulfillment, safety, quality, and customer support.


10. Refunds

Sellers must handle:

  • refunds for products,
  • service cancellations,
  • digital good issues,
  • non-delivery disputes.

Blaque Net handles only:

  • billing errors,
  • duplicate charges,
  • wallet malfunctions.

11. Disputes & Mediation

Primary rule: Buyers and sellers must resolve disputes directly.

Blaque Net may offer light, optional mediation but:

  • We do not guarantee resolutions.
  • We do not issue refunds on behalf of sellers.
  • We do not enforce contracts or agreements.

12. Offline Events, Circles & Community Spaces

Blaque Net occasionally hosts or promotes in-person events, meetups, or Circles.

  • Blaque Net is not responsible for offline interactions.
  • Users attend and participate at their own risk.
  • Advice shared in Circles is informational only.
  • Blaque Net does not guarantee mentorships, partnerships, or business outcomes.

13. Blaque Net’s Right to Remove Listings

Blaque Net may remove, pause, or restrict any listing, service, or seller account at our sole discretion, with or without notice.


14. No Guarantees

Blaque Net does not guarantee:

  • sales, performance, or profits,
  • business success, partnerships, or funding,
  • customer satisfaction,
  • technical uptime or uninterrupted access.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Blaque Net, its officers, employees, and partners from any claims arising from your use of the Platform, your products/services, or your interactions with other users.


16. Updates

This Policy may be updated periodically. Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
