Advertising Policy
Effective Date: June 2020 | Last Updated: November 2025
This Advertising Policy (“Policy”) governs all advertisements, sponsored content, paid promotions, and business listings (collectively, “Ads”) displayed on the Blaque Net website and mobile applications (the “Platform”).
By creating, purchasing, or running Ads on Blaque Net, you agree to this Policy, along with our Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, Marketplace Seller Agreement, Payout & Monetization Policy, and Privacy Policy.
1. Blaque Net’s Role in Advertising
- Blaque Net provides space and tools to display Ads to users and businesses.
- Blaque Net is not the seller, provider, or guarantor of any product or service advertised.
- All claims, offers, promotions, products, and services in an Ad are the sole responsibility of the advertiser.
We do not guarantee results, performance, impressions, clicks, leads, or sales from any Ad.
2. Who May Advertise
Blaque Net primarily accepts Ads from:
- Legally registered businesses and professionals promoting their own services.
- Brands, agencies, and partners approved by Blaque Net.
High-risk verticals (such as credit repair, loans, funding companies, certain financial services, MLMs, CBD/supplements, or similar industries) are not available to general members or everyday users.
These categories may advertise only if:
- Blaque Net has formally vetted the company; and
- A written partnership, sponsorship, or advertising agreement exists with Blaque Net.
Blaque Net may decline or remove Ads for any category at its sole discretion.
3. Truthful, Clear & Non-Misleading Ads
All Ads must be:
- Truthful – No false claims, exaggerations, or deceptive statements.
- Clear – No confusing fine print or hidden restrictions.
- Substantiated – You must have a reasonable basis for your claims.
Prohibited in Ads:
- False “guarantees” of income, results, or success.
- “Get rich quick” schemes or unrealistic earnings claims.
- Unsubstantiated testimonials or fake reviews.
- Misleading “limited time” or “only 2 spots left” pressure tactics that are not real.
- Claims that contradict local, state, or federal laws or regulations.
If you make earnings or results-based claims (e.g., “Our program will add $10k/month to your business”), Blaque Net may request documentation or disclaimers, and may reject or remove the Ad if it appears misleading.
4. Restricted & High-Risk Categories
The following categories are restricted and only allowed with prior vetting and partnership approval from Blaque Net:
- Credit repair and debt relief services.
- Loan, funding, and financing offers.
- “Business funding” or “quick capital” programs.
- Multi-level marketing (MLM) and network marketing programs.
- CBD, certain supplements, or similar regulated products.
- Investment or trading programs promising returns.
If you operate in any of these spaces and do not have a written partnership or approval, your Ads may be rejected or removed without notice.
5. Prohibited Ads
You may not advertise:
- Illegal products or services.
- Weapons, illegal drugs, or controlled substances.
- Adult or pornographic content.
- Hate, harassment, discrimination, or violence.
- Misleading financial, medical, legal, or tax services.
- Counterfeit or infringing products.
- Scams, pyramid schemes, or deceptive opportunities.
Any such Ads may result in immediate removal and account action.
6. Disclosures & Sponsored Content
Ads must be clearly distinguishable from organic content. Where applicable:
- Sponsored posts should be labeled as “Sponsored,” “Ad,” or “Promotion.”
- Influencers and creators must follow applicable disclosure rules (e.g., FTC guidelines in the U.S.).
- Partnerships, affiliate links, and paid endorsements must be clearly disclosed.
7. No Professional Advice or Guarantees
Ads may not present themselves as guaranteed professional advice (legal, medical, tax, or financial) unless the advertiser:
- Is appropriately licensed; and
- Clearly discloses their qualifications and limitations.
Even when run by professionals, Ads must not guarantee specific outcomes or results.
8. Creative Standards & Quality
Ads must meet Blaque Net’s brand and quality standards, including:
- Clear, legible text.
- Non-offensive images and graphics.
- Proper grammar and professional tone.
- No excessive flashing, shock content, or clickbait.
We may request changes to creative elements or reject Ads that do not align with the Blaque Net experience.
9. Targeting & Audience
Advertisers must not target Ads in a discriminatory or abusive way, including by:
- Unlawfully excluding or targeting protected classes.
- Making harmful or predatory offers based on sensitive traits.
Blaque Net may limit or adjust targeting options to protect users.
10. Review & Approval Process
Blaque Net uses a hybrid review model:
- Low-risk Ads may be auto-approved or lightly reviewed.
- High-risk or sensitive categories may require manual review or prior partnership approval.
Submitting an Ad does not guarantee approval or delivery. Blaque Net may pause, reject, or remove Ads at any time, including after they have started running.
11. Blaque Net’s Right to Reject or Remove Ads
Blaque Net may reject, remove, or limit any advertisement at our sole discretion, for any reason, with or without notice.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Policy violations or suspected violations.
- User complaints or poor performance.
- Brand, safety, or reputational concerns.
- Legal or regulatory risks.
Prepaid Ad spend or campaign credits may not be refunded, except where required by law or explicitly agreed upon in writing.
12. Advertiser Responsibilities & Liability
By advertising on Blaque Net, you agree that:
- You are solely responsible for your Ads, landing pages, products, services, disclosures, and customer service.
- You will comply with all laws and regulations that apply to your Ads and your business.
- You will honor any promotions, offers, or discounts you advertise.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Blaque Net, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising out of your Ads or your business activities.
13. No Guarantee of Performance
Blaque Net does not guarantee:
- Any minimum number of views, clicks, or leads.
- Any level of engagement, conversions, or revenue.
- Placement in specific positions or inventory.
All performance metrics are estimates and may vary.
14. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Advertising Policy from time to time to reflect new features, regulations, or safety standards. Your continued use of Blaque Net Ads after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
